Reviewer: 'I love the theory behind this pump (there’s a pulsating liner to stimulate the breast and a dial to adjust the level of suction), but it doesn’t really work for me. I find the plastic shield too flat, it’s a little awkward to hold and I don’t produce much milk. It’s a shame because it comes with brilliant instructions and even a DVD.’
